There is a German saying “you cannot argue about taste”. The philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche answered: “about what else you can argue”. We agree with Nietzsche. We encourage arguing about taste. This will improve the experience. We taste – nature – food – wine, the different styles and we reject uniformity.
- We don’t like particularly natural wines, but we taste them frequently and we have bottles in our cave.
- We are proud of our vegetable garden, in which we don’t use pesticides. We do not not want to be labeled organic. We are result not process oriented
- We have most of our vegetables from the own garden, but we eat also string beans from Kenya.
- We love our Boutique production, bu we know this is not a solution to feed 8 billion
Most importantly we want to share. So we use this website
- to report our tasting experiences
- to invite you to tasting events
- and to offer you tasting holidays as a very exclusive affair
